"Yes, sir!" Melman snaps to attention, saluting Joel with a forehoof, "I'll get right on it, sir."
He carefully tip-toes among the small lemurs on the ground and goes where the trees are thicker and covered in fines. Grabbing several in his teeth at once, he gives a huge jerk of his long neck and pulls them down, laying them in a neat pile near where Joel's old hut used to be.
