Ok! here's how you do it!!
First click on the profile button at he top of this board thingy then you click on *mod-a-fy my profile scroll down to you see Avatar,Avatar URL! and there you go if you don't know how to get the URL! right click the pic you want and click Properties and copy the address ( URL ) thing!! ok!!
