"You two don't get along much anymore, do yeh?" Morathi asks upon falling from his tree again and hobbling over to Julien. He had been watching and listening as best he could from his tree when the brothers had had their confrontation.

"Um...no," Julien answered slowly, then added very fast, "Did you hear anything, maybe that you could relate too? No good! Now shoo!"

[Morathi]

"No, I saw more than I heard," Morathi replies, "You both were getting a bit...physically violent. It was quite entertaining, actually."

The old lemur chuckles teasingly, lightly poking Julien's shoulder with his walking stick, then following the king's orders and wandering off.

"I really gotta get that ignorant little dunderhead out of my hair!" Julien muttered falling back into his throne.

[King Julius]

"My offer still stands, dear brother," Julius smirks, popping up beside the throne as--obviously--he never really left.

Julien stubbornly bonked his ignorant brudder on the head, "Get out of here Julius! I'm not giving him to you!"

[King Julius]

"Hey, hey, hey!" Julius growls, whacking Julien on the head in return, "Watch the fur! Didn't mom always tell you to keep your paws to yourself?"

"Well, mom's not here right now is she?" Julien retorted pushing Julius away.

[King Julius]

"Yeah, but if she was, you know she'd give you the what-for," Julius growls, jumping up on the throne and pressing his nose against Julien's, snarling angrily before a confused expression crosses his face, "Wait...what do you mean when you say 'she's not here'...exactly?"

[kingjuliengirl]

"Well...let's just say," Julien replied flinging his arm over his brothers shoulder and walking towards the tribal bounds, "You've been gone longer than you need to be!" Julien smiled weirdly before shoving Julius back in the direction of his tribe.

[King Julius]

"You can't kick me off your property," Julius growls, coming right back like some sort of furry boomerang and jabbing a pointy finger in Julien's chest as he speaks, "Aside from that, I'm not leaving until you explain what you said about mom--SO START EXPLAINING!!!"

He shouts in Julien's face, hard enough to frazzle his fur and knock his brother's crown off his head, then steps back with arms folded over his chest as he awaits an explanation.

"Yes, yes I can kick you off my property and I will! If you don't leave now, I'll call my guards!" Julien picked up his crown and placed it back on his head.

[King Julius]

"Go ahead! It's no snot outta my nose, but..." Julius grins slyly and snatches Julien's crown off his head and runs away with it, "You'll have to catch me first! Nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah!"

"Humph!" Julien was about to run after him but he realized that Julius could and would outrun him with ease. So instead of looking increadibly stupid in front of his brother, he simply sat on the ground waited.

If he had played his cards right, Julius would be the one feeling stupid for his childish behavior and come within reach, just close enough to get his crown back. He laughed at his plan, it was pure gold.

[King Julius]

That might work--if Julius wasn't crazy. But he is and he rarely considers what others might think of his bizarre behavior. He continues dancing circles around Julien, keeping well out of his reach as he takes to mocking his younger brother.

"Ah, look at me! I'm de king of all you see here!" Julius chants, mocking Julien's accent, "But what I don't realize is dat my wonderful big brudder would make a much better king because he's so much smarter and better-looking!"

Julien didn't care. It he shot up and flared at him like he normaly would, he'd look stupid because no matter what he would try to do would be futile...he just had to be patient. Julius probably wasn't about to leave either.

[King Julius]

"Am I making you mad, little brother?" Julius asks, pausing in his antics, yet still keeping out of Julien's reach.

[kingjuliengirl]

"No," Julien aswered calmly. He really wasn't mad, these were simply just like the games he and his brother had played as young lemur kits. "But I'd be very kind if you would," Julien took a breath to keep himself from flaring, "Please...give me...my crown back!"

[King Julius]

"Why don't you come and get it?" Julius taunts, holding the crown out to him, then snatching it back out of his reach before he can grab it.

"Nope, you come to me!" Julien shouted standing up but not shifting his feet from place.

[King Julius]

"In your dreams!" Julius scoffs, "And that's only if you're lucky."

He merely stands there with a smug smirk on his muzzle as he twirls the crown on the end of his finger idly, knowing that if he could keep this up, he would eventually provoke Julien to anger.

But that's all Julius was used to, anger, and didn't realize Julien could wait it out. Julien didn't get angry that easily and just that could make Julius even more angry.

Julien plastered a smuge grin on his face, not showing even a HINT of anger.
