Curtis had finally come to, as the smell had began to fade away.
Lolita ran across their enclosure and nudged her albino mate. "Cutis! Curtis! They're going to the wild! I don't want them to go..."
Curtis looked up at his wife. "Delores, darling... we could do fine without those lemurs..."
"But they're soooo CUTE!" The darker feline whinged.
The albino rolled his blood red eyes. "You're a CARNIVORE, dear. You're not supposed to be obsessing over sickeningly cute little animals - you're supposed to eat them!"
The female gave a ditsy, confused look. "But I'm not hungry... I ate some bear meat not oo long ago. You know old Fred tasted really nice..."
"Not to mention you have been getting way too much *protein* in your diet..." The less-pigmented one grumbled, remembering the deadly bomb Lolita had dropped earlier.
